--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Extraversion and Introversion describe how you are most instinctively ENERGIZED. What do you do to get energy, how does that feel, how does that look to you and to others?

Extraverts are naturally outgoing, getting their energy FROM PEOPLE.Introverts are naturally withdrawn, inward looking for energy from IDEAS AND IMPRESSIONS.

Extraverts are more naturally active, expressive, social, interested in many things.

Consider the following list of personality traits NATURALLY associated with extraverted behaviors:
* oriented to the outside world naturally
* tolerate noise and crowds better
* focused on people and things
* prefer more to be around others
* talk more than listen (actually talk first than think about what they are saying)
* communicate with enthusiasm
* often seek center stage
* act first and think about it later
* interrupt and finish sentences
* several projects at the same time
* enthusiastic demeanor
* high energy level
* hates to do nothing
* on the go
* think out loud
* usually more animated
* easily distracted
* change subjects quickly use trial and error with confidence
* look outward for stimulation

Introverts are more naturally reserved, private, cautious, and interested in fewer interactions, but with typically greater depth and focus. Introverts do not need people for energy.

Consider the following list of personality traits NATURALLY associated with introverted behaviors:
* oriented to the inner world
* avoid crowds and seek quiet
* focused on ideas, concepts, and inner impressions
* prefer more to spend time by self
* listen more than talk
* keep enthusiasm to self
* think first then speak (maybe, maybe not)
* talk less
* often shun the limelight
* start conversations without a preface
* more cautious and hesitant
* time alone recharges batteries
* focused on one task at a time
* calm, measured demeanor
* usually more reserved

This is not a complete list of words to describe personality but these can be considered as a list of personality traits and/or characteristics commonly displayed by Extraverts.
